Scott did an excellent job of staying on retainer for us, while a developer built two houses directly next-door to our house. In the initial consult he talked my husband through what we might need to do if there was damage to our property from the developer. It was a long process, but after a year and a half we ended up not needing his services. He cheerfully refunded our retainer, no problem.
