Illinois Eviction Moratorium Planned to be Extended (Again) to October 3, 2021 September 15, 2021

Governor Pritzker can indicated that he plans to extend Illinois’ eviction moratorium until October 3, 2021. No Executive Order has been issued yet but is expected prior to September 18, 2021.
